This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website.

No Change of Mind Returns

Due to the limited-edition and small-batch nature of many Ranch Revival Co products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for:

· Change of mind

· Incorrect product selection

· Incorrect sizing selection

· Preference changes after purchase

Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and images before completing your purchase.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

· Your order number

· A description of the issue

· Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Where a product is found to be faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which may include:

· Repair

· Replacement

· Refund

Limited Edition Products

Many Ranch Revival Co products are produced in limited quantities.

Where a replacement item is unavailable due to limited stock levels, a refund may be offered instead.

Return Shipping

Where a return is approved due to a fault, damage, or an error on our part, Ranch Revival Co will provide instructions regarding the return process.

Customers may be required to return the item before a replacement or refund is issued.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund once it has been issued.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to consumers under New Zealand consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
