Processing Times

All Ranch Revival Co products are made, packed and shipped from New Zealand.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of receiving payment.

During product launches, sales periods, or holiday seasons, processing times may be longer.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once their order has been dispatched.

New Zealand Shipping

We ship throughout New Zealand using tracked courier services.

Estimated delivery times:

  • South Island: 1–3 business days
  • North Island: 2–5 business days
  • Rural addresses: Please allow additional delivery time

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or events outside our control.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia: 5–10 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–20 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–20 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–25 business days

International delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, handling fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authority.

Ranch Revival Co is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider.

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item

We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution where appropriate.

Limited Edition Products

Many Ranch Revival Co products are released in limited quantities.

While we take every precaution to ensure accurate inventory levels, occasionally an item may become unavailable after purchase. If this occurs, customers will receive a full refund.
