Ranch Revival Co is operated by Briar Cochrane as a New Zealand sole trader.

We make every effort to accurately display product colours, materials and designs. Due to screen settings and photography, actual products may vary slightly from images displayed online.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website and are subject to change without notice.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit orders where necessary, including where products are unavailable or pricing errors occur.

Shipping

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by their country.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If a product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We comply with our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

For change-of-mind purchases, returns are accepted only where approved by Ranch Revival Co and products are returned unused and in original condition.
